A NEW Sarah Beeny property show is coming to Luton, and the producers are looking for prospective buyers to take part in the Channel 4 programme.
Three properties in Luton have already been selected as the houses to be transformed in the programme.
The home-owners have been given advice from Sarah to help transform their properties to sell
Now the show needs buyers to give a first look at the properties and decide if they would like to make an offer on their favourite one. The team is currently looking for people seeking to purchase three bedroom houses for a maximum of £260,000.
Filming will be for one day only on Wednesday, July 18 when buyers will be shown round the transformed properties in Luton by Sarah Beeny.
