HATTERS youth scholars have been given new netbooks to help them get two A-levels.
With assistance from PC Help Centre, in Dunstable, Luton Town FC has acquired 20 netbooks, 18 for the scholars and two for their tutors.
Hatters director, David Blakeman said all the club’s scholars achieve the equivalent of two A-Levels as a result of the courses they undertake at the cub.
He added: “In fact many of the students achieve results good enough to gain entry to top universities such as Leeds and Manchester, and even overseas in the USA, where they can continue their sports studies education at tertiary level.”
