NOW the sunshine has arrived, pop down to Wardown Park for some free tuition in the Chinese martial art of Tai Chi.
Instructor Zoe Loke wants to share the science with Lutonians. She will be conducting classes every day at 10am from tomorrow (May 31) until Tuesday (June 5), weather permitting.
Zoe said: “When I was in Beijing I was amazed to see that every morning and late afternoon the parks were filled with people practising Tai Chi – for them it’s just a way of life, but it’s so beautiful to watch.”
