TODDINGTON lost another pub on Sunday (February 26) when the Bedford Arms closed its doors for the last time.
Brewery Charles Wells recently called time on the well-used pub, and it is understood the site has been purchased for a housing development.
The pub was packed with for publicans Wendy and Alan Hardiman’s leaving party on Sunday night. They are taking over another pub, the Romer Arms, in the village of Newnham, near Daventry.
