Young shoppers headed to The Mall Luton on Saturday to celebrate its prom event and to see who would be crowned the Prom King and Queen.
Finalists in the Prom King and Queen search modelled a variety of prom wear from Delphine Alexander and Topman on the catwalk.
Shoppers browsed through a display of prom dresses and suits and The Only Way Is Essex’s James Argent entertained the crowds, with performances of a variety of songs.
He joined The Mall’s marketing manager Kate Staniforth, Delphine Little from Delphine Alexander Bridal Wear and Topshop’s brand manager Brad Scott on the judging panel.
Eloise Bradwell, 16, of Bushmead, was crowned Prom Queen and 16-year-old Shay Dolan, of Sundon Park, was named Prom King.
Both winners took home a £150 Mall gift card and a variety of gifts from other stores.
Kate Staniforth said: “We are thrilled our first prom event was such a huge success. We would like to thank our fantastic judges for their involvement with the event.”
