Five employees from Machins Solicitors LLP and Sumner and Tabor will be hiking to the top of the three tallest peaks in the UK to raise money for Level Trust.

Thomas Nolan, Dave Kenworthy, Carey Vigor, Lisa Herring and Sing Li will be taking on the challenge on Saturday, May 23.

They are hoping to raise £4000 for the charity that helps children in Luton living in poverty.

Thomas Nolan, of Luton, said: “I saw the challenge and was really interested in doing it, it is a good charity that I have supported for quite a while.

“The charity helps children living in poverty in Luton, it is a great cause.

“It will definitely be a challenge, we have 24 hours to complete all three peaks, it is a total of 26 miles.

“We are looking forward to it though.”

They will be hiking Ben Nevis (1,344m), Scafell Pike (978m) and Snowden (1,085m).

Jane Malcolm, Level Trust director, said: “We are really grateful to everyone that is taking part in the challenge and raising money for Level Trust.

“Our strap line is Walking For Shoes, each step taken on the challenge could buy a pair of shoes for a child in Luton.

“The Three Peaks challenge is well known, and if it is completed it is something they can be proud of.”

Teams from St Matthews Primary School, Cloud Book Keeping, Goose Inspired and CT Portal will be joining them on the challenge.
