A man in his 60s is in a serious condition after collapsing on Park Street, Luton, this afternoon.
Ambulance crews were dispatched after receiving an emergency call at 12.36pm and when they arrived they found the man in the Bat & Barrel pub.
CPR was administered at the scene and the man was taken to Lister Hospital, Stevenage, at 1.33pm.
He is said to be in a serious condition.
Two paramedic officers, an ambulance and several police officers attended the incident.
The Hertfordshire air ambulance also arrived to provide assistance, landing in nearby Manor Park.
However, the man was taken by land ambulance to Stevenage.
