TWO people fled the scene of a late night car crash in Harcourt Street in Luton on Thursday.
One of the vehicles involved, a black Corsa, crashed into several other vehicles at about 2.20am.
The driver and passenger of the Corsa ran from the scene towards Tenneyson Road.
The Corsa had false number plates and Bedfordshire Police are now conducting enquries to establish the ownership of the vehicle.
Two vehicles had to be recovered as they were so badly damanged they could not be driven away and another four were damaged.
Bedfordshire Police said no one was injured in the accident.
