Three people who helped a teenage boy after he was assaulted are being sought by police as they could help identify the offender.
The 15-year-old victim was out with friends between 6.30pm and 7pm on November 23 when he was approached by two teenagers in Wedgewood Road, Luton.
One of the offenders asked the victim his name before punching him in the face, causing the victim to fall to the ground and pass out.
Two men and a woman came to the vicitm’s aid before an ambulance arrived at the scene.
PC George Kindred said: “The offender is described as a teenager with a mixed race appearance. He was approximately 16 years old, 5’10” tall and wore a blue hooded top. I urge anyone with information relating to this assault, and also the three people who helped the victim, to contact the police.”
