Luton has one of the highest prevalences of HIV in the UK.
One in every 200 residents has HIV and it’s estimated many more do not know they have the virus.
A National AIDS Trust spokeswoman said: “This increases the chances of passing the virus on and is a very important public health issue for the town.”
To mark World AIDS day on Saturday (December 1), NATs is inviting everyone to take an online quiz – find it at www.hivawarequiz.org.uk
