A drug dealer was snared after a teenage girl took some of his stash into a Luton high school and was found out by a teacher.
Samuel Hoque, 21, of Spencer Road, Bury Park, was handed a three-year jail term at Luton Crown Court.
The drugs were taken into school by a 13-year-old girl and given to two male students, both also 13.
But a teacher spotted what was going on and called the police.
Officers executed a search warrant at Hoque’s home and found crack cocaine, cocaine, heroin and cash. All the drugs had been prepared for street deals in 224 packages.
The officer in charge of the investigation, Det Con Joanne Merry, said: “The drugs Hoque was dealing in were dangerous class A substances which on this occasion fell into the wrong hands.
“The consequences of them being taken in to a school could have been extremely severe.
“Luckily the teacher was vigilant and responded quickly to the threat. I’m just relieved nobody was hurt as a result of this.”
In a separate hearing in September, the 13-year-old girl was given a six-month referral order for supplying a class A drug.
The two boys were each given three-month referral orders for possession of a class A drug.
