People in Bedfordshire and Luton are invited to learn how to re-start a heart with new CPR courses.
The East of England Ambulance Service (EEAST) are working closely with the British Heart Foundation (BHF) to save lives by teaching the public to perform cardio pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in the style of the TV ad featuring Vinnie Jones.
The Hard & Fast campaign is a simple way to keep the heart pumping if it has stopped, and can make the difference between life and death.
Training will take place at the Befordshire and Luton Fire and Rescue Service headquarters in Barkers Lane, Bedford.
Courses run from 6pm-8pm on November 13, December 11, January 7.
Attendees will learn how to perform CPR, how to help someone who has a major bleed, is choking, or needs to be put in the recovery position.
Courses will be offered on a first come first served basis and are open to anyone aged 16 and older.
Call Bill Brady on 07767 013222 to book a place.
