FUN was had by both two- and four-legged friends at the Lewsey Community Festival at the weekend, with the Kennel Club Dog Show a highlight of the day.
The search was on for the town’s most handsome dog, the dog with the waggiest tail and the best crossbread.
There were also activities for the non-canine attendants including face painting, a funfair, five-a-side football, an events arena, music, karaoke and food.
Dexter Hockley, senior dog warden at Luton Borough Council, said: “The dog show is a fun addition to the popular Lewsey Community Festival and gives Luton Borough Council and the Kennel Club the chance to chat to local dog-owners about how best to care for their four-legged friends.”
