FANS of chart-topping British band The Wanted will get the chance to win a ‘meet and greet’ with the boys when they buy tickets to the Love Luton Festival.
Tickets to the July 6 concert which The Wanted are headlining are now just £15, and everyone who has purchased a ticket on or before June 25 will automatically be entered into a prize draw.
Eight lucky winners will get to meet the group backstage prior to their performance.
Councillor Hazel Simmons, Leader of Luton Borough Council, said: “The Wanted are one of the biggest bands to ever come to Luton and to see them for just £15 is an absolute bargain.
“I would like to offer a special thanks to The Wanted for fitting these meet and greets into their schedule. This really will be an experience that eight people will cherish for the rest of their lives.”
The Brit Award nominated group has had seven anthemic top five singles and two number ones to their name with the huge singles ‘All Time Low’, ‘Glad You Came’, ‘Chasing The Sun’ and ‘Lightning’ to name a few.
The group, made up of Max George, Siva Kaneswaran, Jay McGuiness, Tom Parker and Nathan Sykes, have sold 1.5 million copies of their two albums to date.
Winners will be selected at random and contacted early next week.
