A TEENAGER who died at a house in Ampthill is believed to have been a student at Harlington Upper School.
The 15 year old, named informally as Megan-Leigh Peat, died at the scene in Ailesbury Road, Ampthill in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Police say they believe Megan-Leigh lived in Westoning but she is yet to be formally identified.
It is thought she attended the Goswell End Road school.
An 18-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and is known to the victim.
National media have named the man as Stoke City midfielder Andrew Hall, 18, who plays for the under-18s team.
He remains in custody.
Police are still appealing for anyone with information to call them on 101.
