TWO kittens who were found dumped in the snow are among the latest batch of felines that Homeless Cat Rescue are trying to find loving families for.
Billy and Toby, brothers who are six months old, are “lively and full of mischief”.
Jackie from Homeless Cat Rescue Bedfordshire said: “They would like a nice new home together, with a garden.
“Because they were very thin when they came to us, they are a bit of a handful at meal times.”
Both of the cats have just been neutered.
Also looking for a home is Cookie, an eight-year-old female tortoiseshell female, who likes lots of attention and cuddles and would love a new owner to snuggle up with.
She is nervous when arriving in new surroundings, so she needs a home where she is the only pet and there are no young children. Cookie has always been a house cat so she needs an owner who is prepared for her to stay indoors.
Also in need of rehoming is Little Girlie, a pretty black and white cat with slightly fluffy fur.
She is about nine months old and was picked up as a stray, and despite the centre’s efforts no-one came forward to claim her.
Jackie said: “She has been spayed and is affectionate but does not like other cats, so she would need a home on her own.
“She loves to play but would be happier in a home without children.
