Police are anxious to trace two men behaving inappropriately near a children’s play area in Wardown Park, Luton.
The men were spotted acting suspiciously on a park bench by a walker through the park on December 22.
One of the men had a newspaper across his lap and the other man was seen to be “massaging” him beneath the newspaper. The newspaper then fell off and the witness could then see the second man was in the act of masturbating the first man.
The first man is described as a white male, about five foot nine inches tall, of slim build, in his twenties, with short shaved hair on top but completely shaven on the sides. He was wearing a blue coat, dark green combat trousers and blue Puma trainers.
The second man was a white male, about five foot seven or eight inches tall, aged approximately 21 years old, of chunky build also with shaved hair.
