Police have released an e-fit of a man they are looking for after an assault on a 33-year-old woman on Dunsmore Road, on Wednesday, September 17 at 2.15pm. She was walking home from the town centre when the offender grabbed her bottom and made sexually suggestive comments.
The victim turned to face the male, breaking his grip, and ran off, briefly being pursued by the offender.
She glanced back to see the male placing his hands inside his trousers.
The man is described as white, in his 30’s, of medium build, 5’7” tall, with big piercing blue eyes, messy mousy brown hair, long on top, with facial stubble and a tattoo to the left side of his neck.
PC Samantha Toombs, investigating, said: “The victim was left very distressed by this attack and we are therefore very keen to find this man before he has time to offend again. If anyone recognises this e-fit we would like to hear from you immediately.”
