Farley Junior school, together with the charity Friends of Farley, hosted an international evening, celebrating the diversity of cultures and traditions in the school and community.
Pupils performed traditional songs and dances representing different countries.
Egypt, India, Italy, Trinidad, England, Greece, Iceland, Sweden, USA, Scotland and Ireland were all represented.
David Bradshaw, associate headteacher, Farley Junior School, said: “The international evening was an opportunity to celebrate diversity and promote community cohesion through song, dance, drama and food.
“Congratulations to the children on their outstanding performances and a big thank you to parents for their culinary contributions.”
The evening raised £803. The Friends of Farley are currently fundraising for sun canopies.
