The Dental Wellness Trust, a dental charity, visited Pirton Hill Primary school to deliver the Mega Molars programme. Children were taught what food and drink they should be eating and what a visit to the dentist is like.
Over 140 children took part in the sessions, they were separated into groups and taught how to brush their teeth properly.
Prizes were given to the children who designed the best dental health poster.
The charity was established to help those in need. It focuses on the preservation and protection of dental health for the public benefit by providing oral health education programmes for children and providing oral health education programmes for the elderly.
