A MAN who failed to tell the council when he started paid employment was convicted of benefit fraud at Luton Magistrates Court.
Fadzanai Chinomona, 34, of Rodenheath in Luton, fraudulently obtained housing and council tax benefits of £3,596 and will not have to repay all this money to Luton Borough Council.
Chinomona pleaded guilty at the hearing on Monday February 6 and was fined £190 and ordered to pay £200 towards the council’s costs.
