A MAN was fined £474 for dumping a fence on Luton Borough Council land.
Dean Bradbury of Peregrine Road pleaded guilty to fly-tipping at Luton Magistrates Court on January 16.
A Council Environmental Protection Officer spotted the old fencing at the side of the Peregrine Road property and requested its removal, which was not done. Bradbury then failed to attend an interview or complete a questionnaire under caution, resulting in court action.
