A Luton man has been charged with murder in connection with the death of a 24-year-old man from Milton Keynes.
Joseph Kent died at Milton Keynes Hospital on Tuesday, January 15, after being assaulted outside the Xscape building in Milton Keynes in the early hours of Sunday, January 13.
Tariq Bostan, aged 26, of Sarum Road, Luton, Samir Bostan, aged 25, of Wolston Meadow, Middleton, and Hamza Noor, aged 22, of Ranelagh Road, Wembley, were charged with murder when they appeared before Milton Keynes Magistrates’ Court today (January 24).
All three had initially been charged with GBH, but the charges were reviewed by the Thames and Chiltern Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) following Joseph’s death and they have now been charged with murder.
At today’s hearing, they were remanded in custody until the next court hearing tomorrow (January 25) at Luton Crown Court.
