An easyJet pilot had to make an aborted landing during a flight to Luton on Saturday.
The flight from Geneva to Luton was affected by high winds and torrential rain, and the pilot had to perform a ‘go around’.
An easyJet spokesperson said: “The Captain took this decision as a precaution only and the plane landed routinely on its second approach. The safety of its passengers and crew is easyJet’s highest priority.”
